The Washington, D.C. Joint Plumbing Apprenticeship Committee is dedicated to training apprentice plumbers and pipefitters, on behalf of the United Association of Plumbers Local 5 & Contractor Association.

The five-year program, provided to qualified applicants, combines intensive technical classroom instruction at the school’s state-of-the-art facility with on-the-job training.

This ensures those applicants have a good opportunity to remain employed throughout their Apprenticeship and that all Apprentices receive consistent quality of training throughout their career.
